Yes — we bring everything needed to clean your home, including all cleaning products and equipment. If you have specific products you prefer us to use (for allergies, pet safety, or personal preference), just have them ready and we'll use those instead.
A standard clean covers all main living areas — vacuuming and mopping all floors, dusting surfaces, shelves and ceiling fans, kitchen countertops, stovetop, sink and appliance exteriors, bathroom toilet, sink, tub/shower and mirrors, emptying trash cans, wiping down light switches and door handles, and making beds.
Everything in a standard clean plus inside microwave, scrubbing tile grout and bathroom fixtures, wiping down baseboards and window sills, thorough cleaning of light fixtures, stovetop grates and drip pans, cabinet exteriors and handles, and detailed bathroom scrubbing. We recommend a deep clean for first-time customers so we can get your home to a great baseline.
Everything in a deep clean plus inside all cabinets and drawers, inside oven, inside refrigerator, walls spot cleaned, window tracks and sills, and garage sweep if applicable. This is our most thorough service and ideal for leaving a property spotless or starting fresh in a new home.
Add-ons are extra services you can include on top of your clean. Select them when getting your quote and the price adjusts automatically. Available add-ons: Inside Oven ($50) — full interior scrub including racks, walls and door glass, best for ovens that haven't been professionally cleaned in a while. Inside Fridge ($40) — full interior wipe down including shelves and drawers, please empty your fridge beforehand. Garage Sweep ($60) — sweep floors and remove visible debris. Balcony/Patio Sweep ($40) — sweep and clear visible debris from outdoor areas. Interior window cleaning is also available — pricing varies by number and size of windows, add a note in your booking form and we'll confirm pricing on arrival.

To get the most out of your clean, we recommend picking up clutter from floors and surfaces so our team can focus on actual cleaning. Secure pets in a comfortable area, put away valuables, and if you requested inside fridge cleaning please empty it beforehand. That's it — we handle everything else.

No problem at all — we love animals. Just let us know in your booking notes so we're prepared. If your pet gets anxious around new people, we recommend securing them in a comfortable area during the clean.
We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel within 48 hours, a 50% fee applies. We waive this fee the first time — the fee takes effect from the second occurrence.
